Fishing Section

A Fishing Section was set up some years ago and currently has around 15 members. Regular fishing meetings are arranged at mostly local venues. If you are a member of the Club and are interested in joining this section, then Paul Hale or Steve Binder are your key contacts. More details can be found here. 

Daventry Players

The Daventry Players are a local musical theatre group who put on a variety of shows in venues around the town and the local area. They often use the Club for practice nights and currently store their costumes and props at the Club. Their shows are performed on the Club stage from time to time, and especially at Christmastime.

Daventry Chess Club

The Daventry Chess Club runs teams from the  Club. They use the upstairs meeting * conference room to play their matches. They play all their home matches on Wednesday evenings. The contact for this group is Abbie Stevens.

Crafters Group

Every Wednesday lunchtime a group of Crafters meet at the Club. Primary a group of ladies, but men are most welcome as well. Coffee and tea and biscuits are available as well as sandwiches. All members and guests are welcome. The group meet between 12 noon and 3PM.
